Miss Blacklock和Bunny选得很好，尤其blacklock，看起来有种夏洛特·兰普林的范儿，平静中暗藏波涛。除此以外只有Edmund、女仆和比较man的那个老小姐辨识度比较高，其他人易导致脸盲。

经典版的马普尔小姐真是慈祥和蔼，看惯了新版再看这一版，觉得好寡淡，演凶手的演员长得相当有气质。

看完05版，又看的85版，觉得30年前的版本比新版更古典，无论是人物还是拍摄方法。这一版的马小姐像个严肃的大学教授，亲和力不够，而这一集的探长看起来更像主角。
